Two of my friends are currently recovering from injuries.
Dr Jay (Above) with some surfing related cracked ribs,
normally he just cracks jokes.
and Middsy (below) with spinal alignment issues.
Both will be fine with the healing powers of time,
whilst we wait maybe send them some magical healing vibes via mental telepathy or...
wait, dont send them anything sketchy in the mail, thats not what im getting at here...
