cat yoga


ok cats, start by sitting on a comfy official cat yoga matt.

then to limber up turn your head slightly to the right

remembering to keep your body straight.

paws in front.

good good.



then, put your left leg out to the side

and reach your head toward your right paw

hold for 20 cat seconds and repeat on the other leg

you are now ready to do absolutely nothing

go back to the couch and lay down all day.
